So this morning, let's dive into a topic close to my heart: how to savor the present moment. Do you ever find yourself stuck in past woes or future uncertainties? Well, I certainly do and we've all been there. Life tosses us curveballs, and it's so easy to become a time traveler—obsessing over yesterdays or anxious about tomorrows. But guess what? I figured out a few ways that help me focus on today and not tomorrow.
It's funny because the song on my playlist serves as a sweet reminder: singing pain won't last forever. As we grow older and wiser, it's natural to reassess life's milestones.
