Seasons change, and so do our circles

Fall is here, and usually, it’s all cozy sweaters, pumpkin-spiced everything, and that Instagram-perfect charm. But lately, my life feels more like Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" — chaotic, unpredictable, anything but peachy clean. Living in different countries, juggling life’s demands, anxiety hitting its peak... I'm feeling the pressure from all sides.
It got me thinking: maybe fall isn't just about sinking into comfort. Maybe it's about shaking things up, redefining who and what truly matters. Because when life gets this hectic, it’s not just self-care we need; it's a community that lifts us up.
In this whirlwind of change, I realized that finding your people is just as crucial as finding yourself. It’s about being around those who don’t add to the chaos but help calm it. The ones who make you laugh when you feel like screaming, who remind you to breathe when you’re on the brink. It's not enough to just survive the storm; you need people who make you feel like dancing in the rain.
So, this fall, I’m stepping out, seeking those who add warmth to my life and pushing away the ones who drain it. After all, c Maybe the trees are onto something when they shed their leaves. Perhaps it's time we do the same — let go of what weighs us down and make room for those who lift us up. I realzied that Life gets a little less chaotic and a lot more beautiful when you love your own company and choose the right people to walk beside you. So, as the leaves change, I have to ask: Who—and what—are you choosing to keep in your circle this fall?
